This place was fantastic for a family getaway! We loved the spacious Double Room with two double beds, and the kids enjoyed the available satellite programming, which kept them entertained. Plus, it’s just a short drive to Thunder Valley Casino for some fun for the adults!

Positive, I stayed 1 night as a Couple in a Queen Room, Non-Smoking. The owners upgraded our room, which was a nice surprise. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked great. I appreciated the pet-friendly policy.

Comfortable stay but poor communication

I had a nice stay with a comfortable bed in a spacious room, but I was disappointed with the communication after my visit. I reached out about a phone charger left behind, but my emails went unanswered, which was frustrating. While I enjoyed the room, the lack of responsiveness regarding lost items was a downside.

this stay exceeded my expectations during my city holiday. the room was spacious, and i was able to do some yoga in the morning. it was fantastic to enjoy the little courtyard while getting some work done in the sun.

Very convenient location near downtown Maryville, within walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. Attended a concert at the nearby Toyota Amphitheater. the convenience was a huge plus. The room had a comfortable bed, but I faced some issues with cleanliness. the bedspread was stained and the bathroom needed attention. Customer service also fell short when I encountered a rude staff member who didn’t address my concerns.
